Is there a grace period for people who are gonna be a few days late on their payment?

Hello @user_79da76! Thank you for reaching out to our community forum. I know how important it is to be able to have a few extra days to pay at times. There is a grace period between the due date and the cycle date, the day the bill prints. That can be found at the top of your billing statement. 

 

I'll be happy to check your account to confirm your grace period as well if you'd like? Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

 

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

  • - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

  • Press Enter to send it

Hi I will be about a day or two late paying my wifi bill will it be shut off before then? Or do they have a grace period?

@user_0eb8a8 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums! I definitely understand needing a few extra days for bills. You should be perfectly fine to wait a few days past the due date to make a payment. You can even schedule the payment right from the Xfinity app or MyAccount website if you'd like! Typically, there can be quite some time past the due date before your services would be interrupted, depending on payment history, but you would also receive email communications beforehand about possible late fees being applied or your services being interrupted.
