Late on paying due to Covid - acct. Suspended

Hi,
Due to hardships related to the recent pandemic I, like most Americans at this time, have been spreading my finances extremely thin and have finally hit a mark where I am unable to make a payment until my next pay date which I scheduled for the exact date I will be paid. Despite my scheduling a future payment and despite Comcasts promise to not suspend customers accounts due to late payment during the pandemic my account has been suspended/frozen whatever you want to call it and I'm unable to utilize the service, most importantly my internet. I've been forced to pay almost ten dollars for a day pass just to gain internet access to even begin figuring this out and receiving help.
I'd really appreciate if I could just get some slack this one time and have my account reinstated back to normal until my scheduled payment in the next week.
