Keep getting notifications that my bill is due via the app and online

I keep getting notices that my bill is due in 10 days or now it is due today.   I paid it on 11/18 and online billing shows $0 due and the app shows $0.  Using the Xfinity Assistant provides no assistance.   Want to know why I keep getting told that I owe.

Greetings @user_w74vwd, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues with the billing, but you have come to the right place for assistance. Do you have Xfinity mobile also? Xfinity mobile has different billing dates then the home internet, so if you have mobile it is possible the notices are from that.

Do not have xfinity mobile, but notices seemed to stop.
