Issues with Payment Arrangements

Been having financial struggles lately so I’ve been behind on payments. First I made a payment plan for $96/mo spread over 12 months. It was confirmed and I have the screenshot. Our service was interrupted during a snowstorm a few hours later and then once it came back on the payment plan was no longer in place and I had to schedule a payment for $800 for March 11th. Upon realizing that date wouldn’t work I went online and used the Xfinity assistant to find a new date. This was confirmed and service remained on for over 12 hours until this morning when it was disconnected. Now I’m being told I can’t qualify for a payment arrangement because there is a 3rd month tacked on. What am I supposed to do here and how is it even possible that this happens with my arrangements? Surely it can’t be legal to terminate one without ANY notice which is what happened with the initial agreement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
