If you are having difficulties with the App, it would be helpful to have a bit of additional details as to what your seeing.  Without giving away any personal information, is there an error you're receiving or a message that the app is providing when trying to set up the payment?

Just so you know, you can also manage payments on your account by signing in via a Web Browser at Xfinity.com with your primary Xfinity ID.
