Internet service

Why was I charged three month after for over usage of the internet limits at a hundred dollar.  When was my first time going over internet limits? Being unaware of the excesses amount taken from my checking has put in blind. I should’ve known this before moneys were deducted

Good morning @user_7is0st, and thanks for posting your issue to the community forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues with the billing for data overages, but you have come to the right place for assistance. With our old plans that had a data cap, the first time you go over in a 12-month period you are not charged, but any additional times you go over there is a charge, but because we bill a month in advance the charge for the overages usually won't show up until the following bill. Normally if you are getting close to going over, you will receive notifications that you are nearing the limit. Do you remember getting any notifications?

I on ly went over data limits once in 12 months that was in May the the bill as I look at it says one charge of 100.00.  Unaware  that was a big blow to checking account.
