Internet Charges

Your internet billing charges should work by GB, not by time (monthly). Eg. you bill every 1000GB used.

No charges for over the monthly limit, no warnings, no emails and full customer credits for unused GB in a month. This would be logical thus fair.

Now we are paying the same for 500GB and for 1000GB used in a month and months are 28, 30, 31 days. No incentive to me.

Many of us travel for work and don't use GBs at home at that time.

After all it is all about GBs and not about time.
