Internet bill

My roommates and I are paying $54 a month under the student discount. However, we’ve met others that are also on that plan and pay $45 a month. Is there anyone i can talk to this about because the help service number doesn’t send me to a real live person, and it doesn’t know how to help in that depth.

Hi there, @user_1m9adl! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. My first thought is that you may not be signed up for the autopay discount with a bank account. I am on auto payment as well. Is there another reason?

@user_1m9adl, thanks for checking. They could be on a different speed package or in an area with varied rates or subject to some other discount. The problem is we would not be able to view someone else's billing without their consent to do so and share any information with a non-authorized user to compare. If you're not happy with your rate, we can check for other packages if you wish. Let me know!
