INTERNATIONAL CALLS.

International calls have been charged to my bill.  I did not make these call and know nothing about them.  These were land line charges.  Chatting with agent on line is useless.  Who or how do I call Comcast and speak with someone on a phone.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.

 

As a courtesy, we've credited back the charges for international calls from your most recent bill.  If it helps for you to track this down, it looks like the calls were initiated on November 2.

I want to thank you for taking care this issue for me.  I have been a Comcast Customer for 25 years, since 1995.  My record only shows me as a customer since 2012 but a tornado cause major danage to our house in 2012 and we had to lease a house down the street for a year.  That the reason Comcast shows me as a customer since 2012 even though I had Comcast at the leased house for a year.  This is the first issue I have had with Comcast.
