Hey there, @bm14, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your billing details. We would be happy to help with going over the details of the installment plan. Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and your full address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I will be filing a formal complaint to a Federal agency for bill fraud and lack of compliance. I have tried numerous times to find a resolution for a an installment plan that was paid for last year. When I called last year the agent went over why it is I kept seeing credits. He never suggested to verbally cancel the installment agreement that I knew I paid for. You are are billing me $33 for the next 9 months as though I never paid my bill in Oct/Nov of 2025. You are currently processing a payment for a bank reversal of $255 that B of A my financial institution never received. Your service representatives have no compassion for Americans and lack of understanding due to communication hurdles makes me as the paying client even more livid. I will also be contacting my local news station to take a look at my bill to further confirm this bill fraud.
