Insane wait times to speak with an agent
Xfinity suddenly increased my Wi-Fi bill without notice and right now I’m currently waiting to speak with an agent over the phone. It has been 40 minutes of waiting. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with xfinity

Xfinity wait time is our of control, it takes forever to talk to live agent, plus chat team is a joke they do not help at all
