Incorrect charges since Aug 2023
Have incorrect charges since Aug 2023.t After speaking to agent, received last 4 months refund. What about others? How do I get that back?
This seems to be for flex box which was free when handed to me, was never sent a notice to return in my mailbox from xFinity, but was charged for a long time. This seems to an incorrect charge for a very long time. How do I get refund?
