Incorrect charges posted on my account & reported now to collection, No help from customer service yet!

I made a request to stop my services back in July 2024 over a customer executive call. Xfinity never did & continued to charge me for next few weeks or so... upon realization i made a call to remediate this incorrect charges ($34) & Xfinity executive promised to do it... Forward now i realized they never removed those incorrect charges & now this has been report as collection hitting my credit score. So unethical & now when i'm trying to reach xfinity accounts/billing department either the calls are getting dropped as soon as i describe my issue  or not able to reach! 

This is highly not appreciable impact someone's credit score for mere $34 that too a mistake from Xfinity!

kautul03 We completely understand how upsetting this is — especially when it involves your credit and a charge you already flagged months ago. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and we’re really sorry it’s reached this point. Wer owuld be happy to look into this for you.
