This is my contract and my bill was correct last month. For some reason I’m being charged an extra $20. A $10 charge for a flex box I don’t have and another $10 that is unexplained. I am frustrated because I can’t get ahold of an agent and this billing goes against my contract

@user_gn0s6e Thank you for working with us today. We determined that the inactive equipment on your account was the cause of the increase. After working together, we removed the box, and credited your account for the amount that was erroneously charged.
