Incorrect charge on bill

Hello,

I previously had an Xfinity streaming TV box when we first started our internet service, however we never used it and the promo was ending (free service), so I returned it to a local comcast store as requested but started to receive a charge for equipment. I have spoken to multiple agents about this who have assured me it will be removed but it never is. I want this charged removed for equipment I do not have and have a credit on my account for all the prior incorrect charges. 

Who can help me get this corrected? It's very frustrating when I've done what was asked but am still charged.
