Incorrect Balance Transfer Charge

Hello. My issue is that I scheduled a move of address for July 30th, 2025. I also downgraded my plan. However, upon being billed a bill due August 20th, I realized I had a balance forwarding charge of $42 on TOP of my old monthly charge of $65. This seems obviously incorrect as the service for the old address was already paid for at the beginning of July AND I clearly moved the service at the end of the month. There is no service to the old address happening in August, so it makes no sense for there to be an existing balance to even be forwarded. I’d ideally like this resolved, as it seems like I am essentially paying for two addresses when I explicitly moved my address.
