Impossible to Cancel Account

How do you cancel service with Xfinity? I have talked to a rep, received a cancellation confirmation email but am still getting invoices for service.

user_j0lw6l since you received a cancellation confirmation you will be fine! But we can double-check the account for you. Just send us a direct message when you have a moment. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support."
