IM STILL BEING BILLED
I'm going to the better business bureau. This is ridiculous. O cancelled the service paid the last bill. Got the confirmation it was cancelled, and even provided the tracking number and the confirmation for the equipment being returned and yet I got another bill for $120. The whole reason I cancelled Xfinity in the first place is because when I downsized homes I stopped having boxes in several rooms. Returned them back provided the tracking and still got billed for them for a YEAR! They literally only gave me a credit of $50 after realizing their [Edit: Inappropriate Language] up.
