I'm Sooooo Tired Of This!!!
Every month I attempt paying my bill, just to have your payment system tell me it "not working, try again latter", the "servers are busy" or like this morning "Error try again latter". At this point I realize complaining is useless, if Comcast actually cared or doesn't have a motive (funny, the payment options first ask for my banking info!) it would have fixed the problems a long time ago. Seems a bit suspect, lots of internet companies successfully run payment sites, but Comcast, an internet company (!), doesn't seem to have that ability. And PLEASE don't fob me off by claiming there are other options. We both know Comcast discontinued phone payments and reaching a real human representative is impossible!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
