I’m being charged for Peacock which I canceled in September. How do I get credited?
I canceled Peacock in September and am still being charged for it. To complicate thing I closed my account on 10/31 so am being told I have no account so no one can help me. I need someone that I can speak to.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. On the billing statement what does it show the Peacock billing dates are? They sometimes differ from your normal Xfinity service billing.
