I was scammed

I was scammed from this phone number [Removed Possible Scam Phone Number] I called my utility company to pay my bill and they told me to charge coming from Comcast now  chime bank didn't investigation and they will not give me my money back they found no error and Xfinity won't give me my my money back either and they turned off my service for non-payment for 1365
