Why does Xfinity make it so difficult to access your monthly bill online?  They charge an outrageous amount, expect you to pay your bill on time but then they don't actually send the bill to you!  Every month I get an email saying that my bill is ready then it takes multiple tries over several hours to actually view the current .pdf.  This is absurd. I received the email yesterday and still can't see it!  It's their internet, their website and they can't get these things to work properly??  And now when I try to post this, I can't an error "400 Bad Request Request Header Or Cookie Too Large"  Are you serious, Xfinity??  I can't even sign in to this forum without getting error messages.

sunshine4, I am sorry to hear you have been having issues accessing your bill. I love using the autopay setting. I never have to worry about making my payment; it is like clockwork each month. You may want to check your settings with your paperless billing to ensure it is directed to the correct location. Please let us know if you are still experiencing trouble, and we'll be happy to help.

@XfinityAngie​ the issue is with the Xfinity website - repeatedly! Even trying to access email is difficult at times.  It's not my Wi-Fi or internet connection either because all other sites are easy to access.  I do have paperless billing but I can't even "view" my bill half the time to see what exactly I'm being charged for.  Just this very minute I tried to access "My Account" and still get the message " 

400 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

And when I click "Pay My Bill" I get this!

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
