I want a paper bill

Comcast changed my preferred paper bill to an electronic bill without my approval.  Both users on the account are what they call "secondary users" so now neither my husband nor me can change it back.  I HATE Comcast customer service... oh, what Customer Service?  I guess I can't hate something that doesn't exist.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to change back to a paper bill?

Sign in as the Primary user and go to My Account to change it back.

And FWIW, Comcast sent out notices that the change would be taking place and that it could be changed back after February 15th.

I mentioned that both my husband and I are considered secondary users on the account and not allowed to make the change you described.  What is the solution to that?  There have NEVER been any other users on this account so it isn't some mystery 3rd person.  Help here is appreciated.

FWIW - I received the letter mentioned and understood what moves Comcast was making.  My point is I didn't approve the change but was forced into it.  Now, because Comcast has both users on the account as secondary users, we are stuck remaining forced into this situation.

It looks like we have to solve the lack of a primary user on the account.  Any suggestions on how to do that?

@TAB2020

There is always a Primary user.  Sometimes a Primary user is set up and you've not been given the information; this happened to me when I moved into my apartment after not having an account for over a year.  I had to call to find out what it was, but then all was good and I selected my current user status as Primary.  @ComcastJeniece gave you the link to discover what your primary is, and she will be able to help you with any concerns you may have.  😉
