I started screen recording the calls do the same and post it

Good luck with that that's what they're doing that's what they do you order their service then they arbitrarily change your plan then they charge you  and also for service service installation they don't reflect any payments you made just so they could put it on your credit report and ruin your credit it's crazy it's ridiculous already and yet you cannot get I spent 12 hours and I still can't get them to tell me when my service was my Internet essentials was approved so I came up with this new idea whenever I'm on the phone with them I turn on the screen recording so I could post it online and show how ridiculous it is the service that you get and that way when I take them to court to show that their purposely they use that run around tactic to get people to to forget about their bill and get them all worked up so they could take their money and take advantage of marginalized population the people that they claim they're going to help
