I paid bills prior to November 2019, but I can't see them in my billing history

I have email notifications for bills on this account dating back to April 2019. However my billing history only lists bills dating back to November 2019. Can I view the bills I paid prior to November 2019?

I do want to thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to reach out through our Forums Channel. The Bill History tab contains the last 24 months of statements available in PDF form. I totally get how this is not the best answer or the most desirable and I am really sorry.

We may have options to request statements older than 24 months if needed!
