I need to speak to someone about an old bill

I closed my mobile account in August 2025 and paid the next bill in case the months overlapped.  I was informed that I still owe $.  I don’t believe I do and need to talk with someone about it.

Hello, @user_d7g311 [Edited: updated tagged user] thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. The easiest way to get assistance for billing when reaching out over Xfinity Forums is to create your own post on the topic board you're looking for help on.

Since you've already commented on this post, I'd be happy to see how I can help today. To get assist better, what questions did you have about your bill?
