I need to get in touch with someone in regards to billing
The automated bot says I have a past due which is due on April 17th. However, my past due was paid on April 8th. The actual account billing page says I am current and only
my current payment is due, not the past due. I want to make sure ocme April 17th I'm not gonna be charged 617 like the bot is saying.
Also I need to make payment arrangement for the current due. And the live chat agents never seem to get me the correct info.
