@XfinityFrank I need help with setting up a promise to pay and reactivating my account back but I need to direct message a agent because the automatic system won’t let me
@user_vitmok, thanks for the details. If you're eligible for a promise to pay, the automatic system should be working for you. Details on how to do that are here in case you need it : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement However, we can check for you manually as well! Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
