I need to cancel my services because the building where I live has added internet service to the conventional services as mandatory

Sorry for replying to an old message, but I’m not able to find the DM button—it seems like the platform was updated. I need to cancel my services because the building where I live has added internet service to the conventional services as mandatory, and I don’t want to pay twice for the same type of service.
