I have been with XFINITY for 13 years and seven months

I’m just leaving a feedback. I have been with XFINITY for 13 years and about seven months and I returned my security camera and they still trying to charge me in October bill and November bill even though I returned my equipment. I don’t think it’s fair and I’m writing this to leave a comment and I’m gonna leave a comment in Facebook and every social media to let them know that XFINITY is trying to steal from their Customer, i’m going to report them.

Hey @user_6nqek6 , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding your Xfinity Home camera. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance. Are you being charged for the camera or the home security services? Xfinity Home equipment is sold not leased. The camera would have been your property. Any remaining charges would be on the bill until paid off.

The concern is not "Home Security Rules And Automations" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section.
