I ended my service but still being billed
Hello,
I have ended my services, and I did received email confirmation, I also called to check the last day of service and the agent confirmed. Two days ago, I logged in to check and make sure nothing is billed, there is a still a balance I owed, I called on 1/15 and the agent confirmed that no need to pay as the amount will be credited. I asked for an email confirmation, and he said it will be sent in two hours; I didn't get an email or anything and now there is still a balance shown. This is very frustrating as it took a long time to talk on the phone with the agent to help me with something simple. Any ideas on what I can do?
