I cannot figure out how to cancel TV and phone service...
I currently have an internet & TV & phone bundle and no longer have the need for the TV and phone. I have looked all over the website and can not figure out how to delete services anywhere. I would like to keep the internet but just drop the TV and the phone. Is there any way to get this done online?

Hello @user_3e63tc we know how convenient it is to be able to manage your plan online, and you do have the option to change the services you have using our Plan Builder while being signed into your online account. However, I've found that when you have an Internet, TV, and Home Phone bundle, it won't always let you remove services online. Not to worry though, our team is here to help! We can help get you set up on a new internet only plan to ensure you not only have an amazing rate, but the services you'll use. If you send us a direct message with your full name and address, we'll be able to help out! Just hit the direct message icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click "new message", type "Xfinity Support" and select that profile to send us a message directly.
