i call customer setviice

I called customer service and I was switched to a broken English person that said they would help me and they offered DIRECTV and asked me a whole lot of questions which I answered in the beginning and then I knew something was wrong. That shouldn’t happen if you call your customer service number What is going on

That definitely seems suspicious as we offer our own TV service. Was the number you dialed 1-800-934-6489? I would also be happy to help you review options to lower you bill, just send us a DM.
