I accidently paid my cable bill $2500 instead of my credit card bill. How can I get a refund from Xfinity?

I used my bank bill pay and accidently made a huge mistake and paid my cable bill a lot of money that I need to pay my credit card. Can someone please tell me who to contact to get this resolved?

To manage scheduled payments, including canceling them, follow the steps below:
Click on the Settings tab at the top of the My Account screen.
Under Bill Settings, click Scheduled Payments.
Click Manage Scheduled Payments under the Billing tab.
Click Manage to change the amount, date, or payment method of a scheduled payment.
Click Cancel Payment to cancel a scheduled payment entirely.

Should you still need help please let us know as we can see about trying to cancel it for you.

It’s already been processed, as I scheduled it Friday and noticed Saturday night. So I can’t cancel it.  Called my bank and they won’t help.

Okay, I will be happy to check further into that from here for you @user_w2bnum. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
