How to talk to a live agent about a bill increase.
I've been trying to connect to a live agent over the phone and chats for an hour and i keep getting rerouted to the same questions and links taking me in a circle. My bill increased and promotion changed. I was told I could renew my promotion but no one is available to assist me with this and none of the prompted questions are helpful.
