How to submit/enter promo code?

I recently signed up for Xfinity Internet. While trying to order I received an email from Xfinity with a promo code for $100 virtual prepaid card for completing the order within a specific date. I placed the order but don’t see an option anywhere to submit the promo code. Please help with directions to submit the promo code. Thanks

I can definitely help apply that promotion to your account. Please send a direct message to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address in the body of the message so I can find your account and get started on a resolution.

I am having a similar issue. I tried to enter promo code gift100 for a prepaid visa when  ordering new customer service.when i ordered online it didnt apply correctly. I tried chatting and calling in no help. service is up and running Since 1/3
