Hello @user_5zhyai, I'd be happy to help you find your billing statements. Only Primary or Manager users can view full bill details. You can view or download PDF versions of your bills by signing in to your account:

 

1. View Online: Sign in to Xfinity.com, click the Account icon at the top-right, select Billing, and then click Bill details or Statement history.

 

2. Use the Xfinity App
  • Open the Xfinity App and tap the Account tab.
  • Tap Bill details followed by Statement history.
  • Select the specific billing date you wish to view or download as a PDF.

Hi there, @user_ffbb48. You can view your statement history online with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history

And through the XFINITY App with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-app-bill-pay

 

You want to make sure you are signed in with the primary account or an ID with manager level access, in order to be able to view them.
