How to lower bill, no help from xfinity
I am sure everyone is going through this, but I thought I would ask. I have been online with Xfinity many times asking to see what can be done to lower my bill. We have had our service for 2007. They told me I am a loyal and valued customer, and they would help me reduce my bill drastically. They offered me to lower it $.02. Are you kidding me, we have had triple play since we started with Xfinity, I was told they don't offer it anymore. We have no need for our landline; I just want my cable and internet. Any ideas would be appreciated.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
