HOW TO GIVE YOU MONEY!

Why does Xfinity make it so hard to get support and give them money?! All I want to do is upgrade and pay $30 a month for unlimited internet, yet this option isn't given to me because they want to upsell me on some stupid product they have, and no one can help because they don't have human beings available. What a shambles.

Hello @user_5hsmzh!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support.  We understand your frustration regarding the difficulty you've experienced while trying to upgrade your internet service.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the perception that we're prioritizing upselling over providing the specific service you desire.  That is not at all our intent and want to ensure that you have reached out to the best team to help ensure you are having the best overall experience with your service.  So that we can help, please feel free to shoot us a private message with your details, and we can get started.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
