how to file a complaint

My billing is incorrect for my internet service. 

I have a five year contract and I am being overbilled.

I can understand billing might be frustrating if you believe it to be incorrect, and would be more than happy to look into this for you.

Additionally can you tell us if you have recently changed your plan with us? 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

My service isn't even connected yet. Can't connect to anyone about picking up equipment. So many reps ready to take an order. No one answers after card has been billed. I don't even want your service anymore as I expresses to Chuck at the start of my experience. Please is hasn't been activated , and no one cares. Take ALL of my information out of your system. Refund my money to my Visa, and forget it. I'll watch whatever shows or just NOT.
