Horrible customer service and no accountability

I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service I have received from this company and will be changing service providers immediately!!! This company does not hold is agent and supervisor accountable for providing false information.  Agents are allowed to disconnect calls without any consequences, lie to customers, provide inaccurate information about products and services, supervisor calls are not recorded therefore they are also able to provide inaccurate information with no accountability. This only results in the lost of loyal customers!  Sometimes all a customer needs is a sincere apology and  a promise that the appropriate training and resources will be provided to agents and supervisors!!  This company needs to take a second look at its training and processes or it will continue to fail its customers!!! A customers experience means absolutely nothing to this company!!
