Horrible billing department help
Trash billing department! I called back in June to cancel my services because i was moving but i didnt know where but they said i could put the account on Seasonal which means paying $8 until i reassumed services. I agreed, however i get charged $121 full amount on July 1st as a full bill! so i call again really upset and they said they couldn’t Do anything and only gave me some credit but they said they will process it to actually put it on seasonal. Guess who JUST got a whole BILL with full amount for august?! Whatt is wrong with this people !! Now im ready to just cancel everything and NEVER get xfinity again! They are a trash company who actually dont care about helping you but just taking your money! Look somewhere else!
