Here We Go AGAIN!

Xfinity emailed me a notice the bill for service at my old address is due today. Attempted to logon to Xfinity and pay but as per usual ITS NOT WORKING AGAIN!! So, what do I do when Comcast penalizes me for late payment when YOUR PAYMENT SYSTEM isn't working??

This has been going on for YEARS!!!
