@user_lzkod6 - Thank you for reaching out to us via our Xfinity Forums regarding your account.  

We would be happy to assist you with reviewing your account plan and examine options that may help to lower your billing.  To do so we would appreciate it if you could send us a Direct Message using the following instructions (I have included a link to an example of how to do this at the bottom of the instructions for reference.)

You can also go online and review your services on your account page to see current offers at Xfinity.com and by reviewing our Broadband Labels

If you send the direct message, please provide your full name, as well as the service address for your account when sending the message.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
