Help with mistakes on my billing

My account was setup for auto pay which was removed from my account by mistake and I did not authorize that. Now I’m seeing late fees and behind on payments

You can quickly and easily check the enrollment status of your Xfinity account online using the Xfinity App and Xfinity web portal. Our 'Set up or turn off automatic payments in your account' support page. This will help put the account back on an Automatic Payments schedule.

 

If you need to make a payment arrangement prior to enabling Automatic Payments again, our 'Set up a payment arrangement for your Xfinity balance' support page can help provide the details and process for setting up a payment arrangement to help secure services. You can also check for an Installment Plan eligibility by visiting our 'How to set up an installment plan for a past-due balance' support page which will break a large past due balance in smaller monthly payments if eligible.
