Hands down the worst website to pay your bill

For YEARS that I've had service with Xfinity, this website is literally the worst there is to pay your bill.  Endless redirects to https://payments.xfinity.com/new from https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services.  Page rarely ever loads if at all.  How is it you people offer an essential service..? You make a ridiculous amount of money off your customers and you can't even support a working website.  One might think that you make it difficult to pay bills on purpose so that you can squeeze as much money from your customers due to late charges.  You people are a joke.  The worst joke there is.  This company, this website is trash.

Hello, @user_p4dhs0! Thank you for taking the time to create a new post with your payment and website concerns. I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you've had, and I'd love to see what we can do to help! Personally, I never have any issues paying my Xfinity bill online, but we may be going about it differently. For me, it's super easy simply locating the latest bill in my emails, titled "Your bill statement is ready." I select it, scroll down, hit "Make a payment," log in, then proceed with my payment (amount, method, and date). I truly do not have any problems going this route! May I ask what device you typically use to log in and attempt payments with?

The website is the worst among major corporates that I have seen.  The issues with website were reported on forum more than 7 months ago, and  they still have not addressed it.  I could not pay my bill over a week ago online.  So, i went to the local office (thank god i have one in next city - i pity the ones who do not have an office closeby).   I  am trying to log in today, because of  an email that was billing related.  Still can not log into  the website today.  How can they ignore serious issues of website malfunction for  weeks / months together ?

Equally bad is their customer support phone line.  It will not give you a live agent, but keeps going in  circles trying to give you a  virtual / computer / automated  assistance.  So, in essence, they have no easy way to support customers -not in website nor in live phone assistance.  But, they do reward their   stockholders handily giving all profits to stock market,  but  not  enhancing their  services.   This company badly needs intervention from  government to kick out the top management and  install  new management and board.

Hey there, nsamuel1, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the issues with the website. The website is my favorite way to manage my account and I want to ensure that the site is working for you. I would be happy to help you with troubleshooting the website.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
