Grace period for late payment
I am going to be about a week late on my payment. I am having a hard time getting in touch with an agent and an wondering about a grace period. I work from home and cannot have my service shut down. I have never been late before. Please advise if there is a grace period on payments

It's typically on a case by case basis. Normally we do not suspend services right away if you are not able to pay your bill on time. We do have a payment arrangement policy for when there is a delinquent amount on the account and you are able to make a payment at a later day. You may incur a late fee onto the account due to not paying on or before the due date but the payment arrangement would assist in keeping your services on while you have the additional time to make the payment.
