"Good News – you are eligible for a monthly discount" notice
I received the following email from xfinity:
"Good news! Effective January 1, 2024, your enrollment in automatic payments and paperless billing provides you with a monthly discount. If you are enrolled in automatic payments with a stored bank account, you will receive a $10 discount per month. If you are enrolled in automatic payments with a credit or debit card, you will receive a $5 discount per month. No action is needed to receive these discounts."
I have switched to automatic payments with bank account for billing purposes since end of Dec 2023, however, there has not been any discounts applied on my bills up till now. What is wrong?

@user_s49gle It can take up to 45 days for your billing adjustment to take place after you sign up for both paperless and automatic billing. That being said we can take a look at your account and make sure everything is correct. Please send your full name and complete address to us in a direct message:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
