Ghost Xfinity Mobile Account
I've been battling Xfinity for a few years, it [Edited: "Language"] because there aren't many choices, I'm certain they know it. I tried link 2 accounts, I had to get a new acct because no more energy to recover the $$ that Xfinity stole from checking acct, they reopened the old unbeknownst to me. forced $1,250 debt, then tried crediting back like they were doing me a favor t's such a joke. What they do now, the autopay goes rogue and will withdrawal outside the scheduled payment day. My total bill for 6mos should be no more than $400
I've paid just without including the fees $580 with fees $680, they think I'm trying to be crafty and fake an account, I ain't got time for that [Edited: "Profanity"], there is no sense of urgency-hear this one more [Edited: "Profanity"] TIME " Miss Beronia "YOU DON'T HAVE A MOBILE ACCOUNT" I WILL LOSE MY [Edited: "Profanity"]...it feels intentional-their XFINITY's ROGUE AUTOPAY charged outside the due date for a late fee of $12.98, several times then charged me $25 for NSF. THIS MOBILE ACCOUNT I HAVE NEVER HAD. AND THEY CAN'T FIND AND IT'S MY PROBLEM but if YOU OWE THEM $12.98 they'll get lickity split or a refund will 3 to 6mos haha, THAT'S WHAT THEY DO. SCROOGE
AT&T acting like some impoverished beggar, they won't surrender their fees either because Xfinity keeps wiping out my acct. THEYRE' NOT BEING SHY SUSPENDING SERVICE II was 8 days late they suspended over $135 dollars that wasn't part of the amount due, I'VE BEEN A CONSUMER WITH CELLULAR ONE, BEORE IT TRANSITIONED TO AT&T 1999
the CSAs must be getting some kind of kickback I apologize to those that aren't dipping in and snagging up erroneous charges. I spoke to the assistant to the "Office of the President of AT&T" WHAT??? [Edited: "Inflammatory"] I chat online since it took 101 minutes to be on hold for a 15 minute wait. Several times I thought I was getting a refund, each nothing!! this must be an outsourced warehouse with many different utilities, and they randomly answer, etc. they're gonna do nothing about, they don't care to lose as a customer they lost that lovin feeling these companies used to honor a grace period and gave clear and concise notices, NO MORE nor anytime soon.
My advice is to go into a verified store they're more likely to help, [Edited: "Solicitation"]. They'll pull you into the gaslighting vortex. I'm not getting paid to do their work but putting hours so they can take home the check..This kills me ===> "I know what you're going thru"....."DO YOU?!!" My hunch is if you did know this [Edited: "Profanity"] would not be happening.. [Edited: "Solicitation"] .. this company has bankrupted me
I also didn't check grammar, because I'm doing shadow work - this is too blah blah - so it doesn't get priority . HONESTLY GOOD LUCK
