Getting rid of Starz

I was looking at the bill and I saw were a couple charges from Starz. I was trying to find a way to end that subscription but I couldn’t find anything. How would I go about getting rid of the subscription?

You can learn how to add/remove and manage your channels and subscriptions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-manage-channels-app-overview Scroll on down to the heading "Remove channels from your account" to get the information you need specifically. Hope this helps!

@XfinityFrank​ Whenever I try and to go to the Manage Channels App it keeps giving me the apps 04154 error. I can’t seem to go to the place to cancel it

@Alaksima Sorry about the error! Usually a reset of the power on the box by unplugging and plugging it back in clears that issue. But we can go ahead and cancel Starz manually for you here! Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address. Thanks!
